Inside the course, you’ll learn everything from choosing your flowers and planning your arrangements through to creating bouquets, buttonholes, ceremony florals, and reception styling. It’s designed to take you from feeling overwhelmed to feeling fully prepared, so you can DIY your wedding flowers in a way that still looks beautifully professional on the day.

  • Not at all. Our packages are designed for complete beginners through to confident DIYers. We guide you step-by-step so you feel supported the whole way.

  • Bride’s Bloom Lab is designed for brides (and couples) who want to create their own wedding flowers but don’t know where to start. It’s perfect for those who are feeling overwhelmed by florist quotes, want to stay within budget without compromising on style, and are happy to be a little hands-on in the lead-up to their wedding.

    It’s especially suited to creative beginners. You don’t need any floral experience at all - just a willingness to learn and a desire to make your wedding feel personal, meaningful, and beautifully styled without the traditional florist cost.

  • Absolutely — with the right guidance, flower choices, and preparation, DIY florals can look just as beautiful as traditionally florist-created designs.

  • For most couples, yes. You’re saving on labour while still accessing professional guidance, industry pricing, and proven methods.

  • Ideally 2–4 months before your wedding to allow time for planning, sourcing, and practice — but we can often help closer to the date too.

  • No they aren’t. We will work within your budget and access our wholesale partnerships to get you the best price. Flowers and delivery are an additional cost, outside of the course price.

  • Yes, but only if you are located in South East Queensland and Northern NSW. All other areas, will not have the option for flower deliveries however will be able to pick up their order directly from our partners. We will provide you with more details on this when we order your flowers.

  • Inside Bride’s Bloom Lab, you’ll learn everything you need to confidently plan, design, and create your own wedding florals from start to finish. The course walks you through the entire process in a simple, step-by-step way so you’re never left guessing what to do next.

    You’ll learn how to choose the right flowers for your style, season, and budget, how to plan your floral quantities correctly so you don’t over- or under-order, and how to prepare and condition your flowers so they stay fresh for your wedding day. From there, you’ll be guided through creating key arrangements like bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, buttonholes, ceremony arbour arrangements, and reception table styling.

    You’ll also learn practical styling techniques used by professional florists, along with time-saving tips, a clear wedding flower timeline, and how to set everything up on the day so it looks cohesive and beautifully put together.

  • You’ll have lifetime access to Bride’s Bloom Lab, so you can come back to the course anytime you need - whether you’re planning months in advance, revisiting specific tutorials as your wedding gets closer, or even rewatching sections right before your big day. Once you’re enrolled, the content is yours forever, so you can learn at your own pace with no pressure or expiry date.

  • Yes, for the best results, we’d recommend using a computer to view our videos.

  • If you have purchased the DIY Bouquet Guide or Guided DIY Floral Package, you can upgrade to the higher package. If you would like to upgrade, please contact us directly.

  • You can purchase this package by paying in two instalments. Your next payment will be automatically debited from your original payment method on the second month of your membership.

  • Yes, support is included depending on the package you choose.

    With the DIY Bouquet Guide, you’ll have self-paced access to the course materials so you can learn and create at your own rhythm, however this option does not include personalised support.

    For those wanting more guidance, the VIP and Guided packages include a one-on-one 60-minute consultation with a professional florist, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, get tailored advice, and feel fully confident in your floral plan before your wedding day.

Website & Access

  • Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email with your login details and a direct link to access Bride’s Bloom Lab. From there, you can simply log into the course portal anytime using your email and password.

    The course is delivered online, so you can access it instantly from any device (we recommend using a computer) and start learning straight away. If you don’t see your email within a few minutes, be sure to check your junk or spam folder, just in case it’s landed there.

  • No stress — this usually has a super simple fix.

    If you haven’t received your login details after purchase, first check your junk or spam folder, as the email can sometimes land there. It may also be worth searching your inbox for “Bride’s Bloom Lab” or the email address used at checkout.

    If you still can’t find it, you can reset your password using the email you purchased with, which should trigger a new login email to be sent straight to you.

    And if you’re still having trouble after that, just reach out to support with your order details and we’ll get you access sorted as quickly as possible.

  • Yes you can access the course on multiple devices, so you’re able to log in from your phone, tablet, or computer whenever it suits you.

    We do recommend using a computer where possible, as it gives you the best viewing experience for the videos, guides, and planning materials, especially when you’re working through the hands-on parts of the course.

Flower Ordering & Delivery

  • It depends on which package you choose. For the DIY Bouquet Guide and Guided DIY Floral Package, we don’t supply flowers.

    However, with the VIP Floral Experience, we take care of the floral ordering for you and make things much easier:

    • SE Queensland & Northern NSW: Your flowers are ordered and delivered directly to your door

    • All other areas: Your flowers are ordered and prepared for convenient pick-up from the flower markets

    Please note, the cost of flowers and any delivery fees are not included in the package price and are charged separately.

  • Flower delivery is available depending on the package you choose.

    With the VIP Floral Experience, delivery is available to South East Queensland and Northern NSW, where your flowers are ordered and delivered straight to your door.

    If you’re located outside of these areas, your flowers will still be ordered for you but instead of delivery, they’ll be prepared for market pick-up, so you can collect them directly at a designated location.

    This helps us ensure flowers arrive as fresh as possible while still keeping the process simple and accessible no matter where you’re based.

  • Item description

  • The flowers are packed in to a box in original flower farm packaging and delivered direct to you.

  • We recommend you prep your flowers as soon as you receive them, placing them in clean fresh room temperature water and keep in a cool place such as an air-conditioned room at 18 degrees. If you are planning to keep your flowers in a cold room, please make sure it is set to 10 to 12 degrees, no colder. Anything under 10 degrees will kill your flowers.

  • Flowers are collected by BBL staff from the market, inspected and packed by us then delivered straight to you so that damage is minimal. However, if flowers are broken in transit, a refund will be given. Photo evidence is needed to be submitted with the refund request to tanya@bridesbloomlab.com.au

  • Yes, absolutely.

    Inside Bride’s Bloom Lab, we guide you step-by-step on exactly how to work out how many flowers you’ll need for your wedding. You’ll learn how to plan quantities for each element, including bouquets, buttonholes, ceremony arrangements, and reception styling, so you can order with confidence and avoid both overbuying and running short.

  • Yes, we do offer payment plans, however these are only available on our VIP package.

    This allows you to spread the cost over time while still enjoying full access to everything included in the VIP Floral Experience, including personalised support and your one-on-one florist consultation.
