Petite Cage Oasis with Handle
Foam enclosed in a rigid plastic mesh cage with a solid base, with a handle to make it easy to attach to a structure.
Measurements - 10.5 cm X 7.5 cm X 8.2 cm
What you’ll need to soak the oasis:
Large plastic bucket
Water
Knife
Floral foam
Patience
Step 1 Fill the bucket with enough water so the depth is roughly twice the height of the foam brick.
Step 2 Gently set the foam on the water surface and let it absorb naturally. Allow it to sink on its own — this typically takes about 60 seconds.
Tip Do not push or force the foam down. Forcing creates dry air pockets that prevent proper water uptake and shorten the life of your arrangement.
Step 3 When the foam has fully absorbed water and settled, lift it from the bucket. You should notice a clear difference between properly soaked foam and foam that was forced under the surface.
Step 4 Trim the foam to fit your container, then place your fresh flowers into the soaked foam.
